The last session of Day 1 is the whole week in miniature. You learn how products actually get made: spec, build, ship, iterate. Then you meet Kimi Code, an AI agent that does not just talk about code but writes it, runs it, and deploys it. Setup is a copy-paste job from the setup page, and it works on the school network with no VPN. By standup your team has a page on the internet.

Why this session exists

Shipping on Day 1 breaks the biggest mental barrier in the room: the belief that putting something on the internet is hard. After today, deploying is normal. That changes what you attempt all week.

Cold-called, no laptops: ten different ways to fix the lunch-line problem, boring to wild. Then pick the one a beginner team ships first, and the single feature that proves it works.

One laptop per team: run the starter prompt with your real problem inserted, watch the first screen of your product render. Save a version before you experiment.

The feature brainstorm, yours
In the studio at 15:15 your team runs the same storm prompt on YOUR problem: 10 solutions, one wedge, ONE feature.
