What an agent actually is, what a terminal is (and why you barely need one), and your first ship: Hello World, live.
The last session of Day 1 is the whole week in miniature. You learn how products actually get made: spec, build, ship, iterate. Then you meet Claude Code, an AI agent that does not just talk about code but writes it, runs it, and deploys it. You will use it as a friendly app, not a scary terminal (though I will show you the pro view for fun). By standup your team has a page on the internet.
Shipping on Day 1 breaks the biggest mental barrier in the room: the belief that putting something on the internet is hard. After today, deploying is normal. That changes what you attempt all week.
